Olympus America Inc. has today released a firmware update for its E-5 digital SLR. Announced almost exactly a year ago, the Olympus E-5 replaced 2007's E-3 model as the company's flagship SLR camera. The E-5 is based around a 12.3 megapixel Live MOS image sensor, Four Thirds lens mount, and 3.0-inch tilt/swivel LCD panel.
